Why are people so selfish? Why people only think for themselves? They only want their job to be done FAST FAST FAST & NOW NOW NOW. They don't want to follow up themselves. They keep pushing you to do. But we only have 1 brain, 2 hands, 2 legs. How FAST can we do? We already did our best but nobody appreciates. Nobody gives you any way to rest. Is it really so urgent? If really is, why can't you people do yourselves? You have no brain, or are you handicapped? You are NOT! We are going into end of year 2010, but I'm still having to clear shits for last year. Am I hearing wrong? You don't bother to get the stuff you want from the person who worked before me & now you want me to dig out for you! What's the logic with "because the guy before you really cannot make it...so i don't bother to ask him for it..." ?! Some people can just simply tell you " I don't know leh...." & give an innocent look, & they simply get away from the responsibility. But us? When we say that, what you people say? "How can you say you don't know?! Don't know then you never ask?!" Yes & the blame is back to us again.

Like what people say "You don't have the right to say 'NO' ", "You have to do this & that. That's what you are employed here for." Ok. Again, you people win.

Factory wrong = our wrong. Warehouse wrong = our wrong. Customer complain = our wrong.

You have YOUR staff. You don't want to ask your staff to do. We're doing because we're doing you people a favour, out of goodwill. But we were superly wrong! Because you people take for granted & treat us like your slaves & DOGS. & what were you people doing when we go over your place. SURFING THE NET. BLOGGING. WRITING EMAILS TO SHOOT & LAUGH @ OTHERS.

For me, I can say that word in front of you & throw you a letter at your face. I'm not obliged to do what is not covered in my scope. You know that?! I can don't do what is requested of me!
